During the upgrade, all services on both the ApeX Web and App platforms may experience intermittent disruptions, including but not limited to:
Account login and registration
Trading operations
Deposits and withdrawals
Transfers
Other ApeX-related services
Although services may experience temporary unavailability, we expect the disruptions to be brief, with services resuming within a few minutes.
Important Notes to Consider
No Impact on Your Assets: We would like to assure you that your data and assets will not be affected during this upgrade. Your holdings and positions will remain secure, with your profit and loss fluctuating according to market prices as usual.
Temporary Service Interruptions: While the upgrade is in progress, you may encounter temporary login issues, an unavailability of deposit/withdrawal functions, and the inability to modify positions or orders. Additionally, conditional orders, including take-profit and stop-loss orders, may not trigger during this time.
Managing Risk During the Upgrade: To minimize potential risks, including forced liquidation or market volatility-related losses, we strongly recommend that you review and manage your positions and orders before the upgrade. Consider actions such as:
Reducing leverage
Increasing margin
Closing positions/orders if deemed necessary.
