Major Platform Security Enhancements
Vault Password Protection and Subscription Management
Your trading strategies deserve maximum protection. The new Vault password feature and subscription notification system provide creators with complete control over their content and audience engagement.
Create a new Vault
Enter the Vault name and the initial amount
After creating it, click to enter the Vault details page, then click the three-dot button on the right and select “Set Subscription.”
After entering “Set Subscription,” you will see two options: “Open Subscription” and “Conditional Subscription.” Select “Conditional Subscription” to access the two checkboxes:
The first checkbox means that only users under your referral can register to join this Vault.
The second checkbox means that a password is required to purchase this Vault. The password is randomly generated and cannot be customized by the user.
*If you want to invalidate the previous password, you can click the refresh button. The old password will no longer be valid. Users who have already purchased this Vault will not be affected by password changes.
Both checkboxes can be selected at the same time. Once both are enabled, only users who meet both conditions can purchase this Vault.
Previously created Vaults are also automatically compatible with the password feature.
Enhanced Withdrawal Security: Complete Control Over Your Assets
We're introducing comprehensive security features that revolutionize how you protect and manage your withdrawals. These updates, available on both web and mobile platforms (App version 3.37.0), provide multiple layers of protection while maintaining user convenience.
Withdrawal Verification:
When enabled, every withdrawal requires a security verification (2FA). Once verification is successful, the withdrawal will proceed.
Withdrawal Whitelist Mode:
When enabled, you can only withdraw to addresses that are marked as whitelist addresses in your Address Book.After whitelist mode is enabled, withdrawals to whitelist addresses no longer require security verification.
Note: Currently, the only supported 2FA method is email verification.
New Address Book Features for Withdrawals（Web & App Version 3.37.0 & H5）
Add/Delete Withdrawal Address:
Users can add frequently used withdrawal addresses to the Address Book and quickly select them during withdrawals.
Add/Edit/Delete Whitelist Address:
Users can add or modify saved addresses as whitelist addresses.
Note: Before using the Address Book, you must first set up a security verification method (bind your email).
Updated Email Binding Process （Web & App）
Bind Email:
After entering your email address, a verification code will be sent. Once the code is verified successfully, the email will be bound to your account.
Change Email:
To change your bound email, you must first verify your original email by entering the verification code sent to it. After successful verification, you can proceed to bind the new email.
