The Fed decides on 16 September, three days after Stage 1 closes. A 25 basis point increase prices at 60.5 percent and no change at 39.5 percent, on a book that now carries $116.4M.

But Tuesday is not the whole trade. The market has already priced the two meetings after it, and the shape is more specific than the headline suggests. October prices a hike at 32.5 percent. December prices one at 59.5 percent.

That dip in the middle is the forecast. Not a run of consecutive increases, but a move, a wait, and another move. And roughly $184M across four separate books is positioned on a path that starts with something happening on Tuesday.

Whether the Fed moves next Tuesday is one question. Where rates actually sit on 31 December is a different one, and it is the question a position has to survive.

Two days ago the September hike priced at 52.5 percent. It now prices at 61.5 percent, on a book that has grown to $115.8M with $5.71M traded yesterday.

Yesterday this series covered the September decision, where a hike has crossed 50 percent and now prices at 52.5 percent. Today is the other half: the easing cycle that everyone was positioned for has been priced out completely, and roughly $44M is still sitting on the outcomes that required it.

A 25 basis point increase at the 16 September FOMC now prices at 53.5 percent, ahead of no change at 45.5 percent. It is the first time an increase has led, on a book that has grown to $104.9M with $1.56M traded in the last day.

Twelve days ago that same contract priced at 30.5 percent. Five days ago it was 42.5 percent. A hike has gone from the risk case to the base case inside two weeks.

A cut prices at 0.4 percent, which makes an increase roughly 134 times more likely than a decrease. Meanwhile Bitcoin is at $79,082, up around 24 percent since early August, having rallied through the entire repricing.

The market expects the shooting to pause and the economic chokehold to continue. That is not incoherent. It is what happened after the April ceasefire and again after the June memorandum, and the board is pricing a third iteration of the same sequence.

Underneath it sits the most expensive graveyard on the platform. Roughly $104M has been staked on this conflict ending and $93M on it escalating further. Every one of those deadlines resolved no.

The Senate votes on 15 September on whether to take up the CLARITY Act. Eleven days out, the market prices the bill becoming law in 2026 at 13.5 percent, a record low.

What makes that number worth writing about is how it got there. Three weeks ago the same contract priced at 20 percent on a $7.02M book. It now prices 13.5 percent on $13.72M, with $1.81M traded in the last twenty-four hours. The book has nearly doubled while the price fell by a third, which makes it the second most active market on the entire board behind the Fed.

The vote itself is also not what most coverage suggests. It is a cloture vote on the motion to proceed, it needs 60 of 100 votes, and Republicans hold 53 seats. Reuters has reported that a failed cloture vote could effectively kill the bill.

Eleven Days Before the Vote, the CLARITY Act Prices at a Record Low 13.5%

The single most traded question on the prediction board right now is not about crypto. It is the Federal Reserve's decision on 16 September, carrying $86.2M with $5.93M changing hands in the last twenty-four hours, six times the next most active market.

It prices no change at 57.5 percent and a 25 basis point increase at 42.5 percent. A cut prices at 0.7 percent, which makes a hike sixty-one times more likely than a cut. A week ago that hike leg sat at 30.5 percent.

Bitcoin is at $80,956, up 4.2 percent today and roughly 27 percent since early August. Its 2026 upside ladder repriced higher at every rung through the same week the hike odds climbed twelve points. Both of those moves are readings of the same world, and only one of them resolves on a fixed date.
