Terms and Conditions:

1. The ApeX to The Top Campaign will commence on March 14, 2024, and will continue until either $APEX is listed on Binance Futures or until Binance concludes its ongoing Binance Futures Next campaign.

2. The rewards pool for the Campaign consists of 100,000 $APEX tokens, which will be distributed equally among participants only after $APEX is listed on Binance Futures.

3. Rewards are subject to verification of completion of all requirements.

4. Participation in botting, cheating, or submitting duplicate entries will result in disqualification.

5. ApeX reserves the right to adjust or cancel the campaign at any time at its discretion as well as holds the final interpretation rights for this event.

6. In the event that $APEX is not listed on Binance Futures, it is hereby clarified that no rewards will be distributed.
