ApeX will perform a scheduled upgrade to the Omni system on April 11, 2026 at 02:30 UTC. The upgrade is expected to take between 10 minutes and 1 hour.
During this window, Omni Web and App services may experience intermittent interruptions. This includes account login, registration, trading, withdrawals, transfers, and other platform functions. Services will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete. No further notice will be issued.
Your assets and positions are not affected. PnL will continue to fluctuate with market prices throughout.
That said, users should take precautions before the upgrade begins. Temporary login issues, unavailable deposits and withdrawals, and restricted order management are all possible during this period. Conditional orders including take-profit and stop-loss may not trigger. To reduce exposure to liquidation risk or volatility-driven losses, consider reducing leverage or adding margin ahead of time.
Users are responsible for managing their own positions during this period. ApeX will not be liable for losses incurred.
