Terms and Conditions

1. The Unlock $23,000 | ApeX Predictions Challenge is an event hosted by ApeX Protocol on ApeX Omni, running from August 11, 2025, at 10 AM UTC to August 25, 2025, at 10 AM UTC.

2. The campaign is open to both new and existing ApeX Omni users, with task-based rewards distributed across a total prize pool of $23,000. Participants must complete the specified tasks during the campaign period to earn rewards.

3. Deposit Task (10,000 USDT Bonus Pool): The Deposit Task is open to both new and existing users of ApeX Omni. Existing users who register for the campaign and make their first net deposit of at least 100 USDT will receive a 20 USDT bonus. New users who create an Omni account, sign up for the campaign, and make their first net deposit of at least 100 USDT are also eligible to receive a 20 USDT bonus. The total rewards for this task are capped at 10,000 USDT, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis among the first 500 eligible users.

   1. Net deposits are calculated as the total amount deposited minus any withdrawals, and must equal or exceed 100 USDT at the time of evaluation. If the deposit includes cross-collateral assets, the value of these assets will be assessed at the time of distribution. Rewards will be distributed every two days based on this net deposit calculation. If the value of cross-collateral deposits falls below 100 USDT during this evaluation, the user will not be eligible for the reward.

4. Product Feedback Activity (1,000 USDT Bonus Pool): The Product Feedback Activity is open to both new and existing users who have tested the ApeX Omni Prediction Markets. Participants must submit their feedback through the designated Google Form (link here). Feedback will be categorized into three tiers based on quality: Basic Feedback (10 ASP points), Mid-Level Feedback (1 SBT Intermediate Blind Box), and High-Quality Feedback (20 USDT Bonus). Rewards for the Product Feedback Activity are distributed in order of submission and are contingent upon the quality assessment performed by the ApeX team. The total reward allocation for this activity will not exceed 1,000 USDT. Evaluation and reward distribution for this task will take place after the campaign concludes.

5. Trade-to-Earn Bonus Pool (10,000 USDT Bonus Pool): The Trade-to-Earn Bonus Pool is exclusive to new users who register an Omni account and sign up for the campaign. To qualify, participants must achieve a minimum trading volume of 5,000 USDT on the ApeX Omni Prediction Markets during the campaign period. Eligible users will share in a 10,000 USDT bonus pool, with individual rewards calculated proportionally based on each participant's trading volume relative to the total trading volume of all qualified participants. No user may receive more than 500 USDT from this pool.

6. Galxe Campaign ($1,000 in $APEX + 1,000 USDT Bonus Pool): The Galxe Campaign is open to all participants and involves completing a set of tasks on the Galxe platform. These tasks include a short multiple-choice quiz on the ApeX Omni Predictions Market, providing honest feedback, and completing a series of simple social engagement activities. A total of $1,000 in $APEX and 1,000 USDT bonus are allocated to this campaign. The top 50 performers, judged by quiz accuracy and quality of feedback, will share $1,000 in APEX tokens. An additional 1,000 USDT bonus will be distributed among 100 randomly selected participants, irrespective of quiz score.

7. Rewards will be distributed in USDT bonuses that are non-withdrawable. While bonuses can not be withdrawn, profits gained from trading with the bonus can be withdrawn. If you initiate a withdrawal of funds from the account before the bonus is used, the unused portion of the bonus will be recalled.

8. Rewards will be distributed within 10 days after the campaign ends, airdropped directly to the participating and winning wallet addresses.

9. In the event of a delay due to technical issues, rewards will be redistributed within 30 days following the event's conclusion.

10. There are no restrictions on the number of participants who can join the competition.

11. Market makers are excluded from this event.

12. Participation in botting, cheating, or submitting duplicate entries will result in disqualification. Using multiple accounts will lead to forfeiture of rewards.

13. Users may only participate in one campaign at a time. If a user enters multiple campaigns concurrently, only the first campaign they signed up for will be considered valid.
