1. Optimized Withdrawal Prompts
Over the past week, we've received inquiries about ApeX withdrawals, including how they work and the associated fees. We want to provide clearer information.
As you may already know, we offer various types of withdrawals: normal and fast withdrawals via Ethereum and cross-chain fast withdrawals. Each type comes with different withdrawal fees.
For normal withdrawals, users need to manually claim their funds and cover the network gas fees. On the other hand, with cross-chain and fast withdrawals, funds are directly sent to the user's address with ApeX taking care of the payments of associated costs, which later is charged as a withdrawal fee to cover the expenses. For L2 chains, the fee is typically around $2, while for Ethereum, it is slightly higher since it operates as a L1 blockchain.
We have now incorporated prompts for these withdrawals, as illustrated below, to enhance clarity.
2. Testnet Migration: Goerli to Sepholia
ApeX is set to undergo a testnet upgrade from Jan 10 to Jan 11, transitioning from the Goerli network to Sepolia. This change is prompted by StarkWare discontinuing support for Goerli.
The upgrade is scheduled to occur from January 10, 2024, at 3 PM UTC, to January 11, 2024, at 10 AM UTC, lasting approximately 2 working days.
Throughout this upgrade period, users will temporarily lose access to the testnet. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the ApeX network.
3. ApeX Bot Upgrade
Our Telegram bot is currently undergoing a significant overhaul, geared towards offering you a more intuitive and efficient user experience. The upcoming update comprises several exciting features, including access to market trading signal notifications, enhanced trading options accessible via the bot, app, or web interface, simplified import of bot keys, optimized performance with an expanded selection of trading pairs, multilingual support, and an improved layout for an overall enhanced trading experience. Be sure to stay tuned for more information as we prepare to unveil these exciting features in the coming weeks.
4. USDT Deposit and Withdrawal Interface Upgrade
As of next Monday, Jan. 15, 2024, at 2:30 AM UTC, we will be upgrading our USDT deposit interface to 1inch V5, aiming to enhance your deposit and withdrawal experience. Please be aware that during the estimated 8-12 hours of the upgrade, USDT deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you informed through community channels about the specific times when deposits and withdrawals will be disabled and subsequently re-enabled.
5. Update on Funding Rate Display
In our commitment to providing increased transparency and data-driven insights, we are introducing a dedicated section for the funding rate on the Dashboard page. This new feature will showcase the funding rate for each currency pair, complemented by a trend chart displaying both historical and current data.
