    Ape Season 1 Official Launch

    ApeX is pleased to announce the launch of Ape Season 1. Over the next three months, a total of 69,000,000 Ape Points will be distributed to our community. This initiative rewards both trading activity and loyalty, giving participants the opportunity to become early pioneers and secure a position in the ApeX ecosystem.

    Season 1 introduces a structured points system designed to measure not only trading volume but also deposits, staking, and engagement across ApeX Omni.

    Total Prize Pool: 69,000,000 APE Weekly Distribution: 5,750,000 APE released each Wednesday at 8:00 UTC

    Individual rewards are determined weekly based on trading activity as well as booster multipliers.

    How to Earn Ape Points

    1. Trading Volume

    Trading activity across ApeX Perpetuals, Prediction Markets and Grid Bot all contribute to Ape Points (APE) accumulation. The higher your total trading volume, the more you earn.

    1. Mantle Deposits

    Depositing funds into ApeX Omni via the Mantle Network provides an additional APE booster.

    1. APEX Staking

    Staking $APEX tokens yields extra Ape Points (APE).

    1. Early Adopter Bonus

    There are two separate early participation rewards available under Ape Season 1:

    • Pre-launch Bonus (September 29 – October 6, 2025) Traders who began participating before the official start of Ape Season 1, between September 29 and October 6, will receive a one-time pre-launch bonus as recognition for their early engagement.

    • First Epoch Bonus (October 6 – October 12, 2025) Traders who begin trading during the first official epoch, from October 6 to October 12, will receive a first epoch booster coefficient that increases over time, granting higher cumulative rewards across the season.

    1. Balance Power

    Maintaining a higher account balance during the event increases APE earnings.

    1. DEX Pioneer Booster

    An exclusive pre-launch bonus is available for eligible traders who used an EVM address on selected Perp DEXs, including but not limited to Hyperliquid, Aster, EdgeX, Lighter, and Paradex, before September 29, 2025. Link your wallet with verified pre-launch trading history to unlock this special booster.

    1. Team Booster

    Users can earn additional Ape Points (APE) by inviting others (Referral & Team Points excluded):

    • First-level invitees: 10 percent of their Ape Points (APE)

    • Second-level invitees: 5 percent of their Ape Points (APE)

    Invite Friends

    Example:

    • Member A invites B, C, and D.

    • Member D invites E.

    • Member E invites F.

    In this scenario, if a team is composed of the following members:

    A invited B, C and D; D invited E, E invited F;

    D’s team trading volume is calculated as:

    D’s Team Volume = A’s Perp Trading Volume + B’s Perp Trading Volume + C’s Perp Trading Volume + E’s Perp Trading Volume

    Boost levels are updated weekly and applied for the following week’s calculation.

    Team Booster applies exclusively to trading activity within ApeX Perpetuals and Prediction Markets. Trading volume generated from Grid Bot or the Vault is not counted toward team calculations.

    Points Calculation

    Exact formulas and weightings will remain undisclosed. However, all qualifying activities and boosters are calculated weekly to determine a participant’s APE balance.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Only positive trading fees generated during the program are eligible for APE calculations.

    2. Market Makers enrolled in the ApeX Market Maker Program are not eligible for APE Boosters. The negative fee rate for Market Makers has been removed.

    3. Adjustments to the trading fee rate for ApeX VIP users will apply during the Farming Program. For details, see the VIP Program Update.

    4. One account per user. Multi-account farming, use of bots, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

    5. Wash trading, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the system will result in immediate disqualification.

    6. All rewards will be subject to ApeX’s on-chain verification and transparency practices.

    7. ApeX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the program at its sole discretion.

    8. ApeX holds the final interpretation rights for this activity.
